At present, only UK customers can place the orders directly through Putman and Robin website shop. Non-UK customers are welcome to enquire about international orders by contacting us via our contact form or by e-mailing tony@putmanandrobin.com.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Each item is carefully packaged to prevent damage and sent via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service or other courier. Please note that backorders may take longer than 5 working days to dispatch. Please contact us if you need you order urgently.
International customers:
United States: Please send us an enquiry via e-mail or our contact form, letting us know which products you would like to order and we will confirm the shipping cost. Please do check with your local customs office as import duties will still apply.
European Union: Due to the new GPSR regulations we are unable to ship to Europe at the moment. Please sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we are able to send packages to Europe again.
Other International Destinations: Please send us an enquiry via e-mail or our contact form, letting us know which products you would like to order and we will confirm the shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to see any additional charges to receive the order, as any import duties, taxes, tariffs and charges are not included in the cost of goods or shipping.
